I play for about 30 minutes everyday. Sometimes I play for 1-2 hours. I play a variety of styles including rock so I am scraping and playing harmonics.

In my opinion, as long as it still works there's no need to change it. Typically, I replace my pick when it develops damage (a tear, break or crack) or some other issue that affects usability (notches from string scrapes). Or when I lose it, which is usually what happens. |
